IT IS one of those events in the Harlow calendar that makes you proud of the town.

A convoy of cars from Harlow funeral directors, Daniel Robinsons as well as Essex Police, Essex Fire Service, and a phalanx of bikers left the Latton Bush Centre and wound their way round the Harlow streets to Playhouse Square where they were met by Harlow MP Robert Halfon and chair of Harlow Council, Ian Beckett before going in to see Cinderella at the Playhouse.

The convoy was for children who have suffered a bereavement and had a pretty tough year all round.
