Caring, sharing Harlow as hundreds to be helped at Chocolate Run this Christmas

Communities / Wed 24th Dec 2014 at 06:50pm

THE HARLOW Chocolate Run is set to have over 50 people sitting down for their Christmas meal on Christmas Day.

It is a tribute to Harlow residents and Harlow businesses that they lend their support to those who have just hit a bit of a sticky patch.

Chair of Harlow Council, cllr Ian Beckett has visited the premises on Abercrombie Way in several occasions and so we popped in to see him and ask why he selected the Chocolate Run as his charity for the year.

A hat tip must also go to those companies that helped out the Chocolate Run. They include the Park Inn, Harlow, A1 Bacon, Hatfield Broad Oak sausages, Anderson Bakers, the Co-Op in Staple Tye to name just a few.
