Bailiffs set to go in at illegal camp in Coldharbour Road

Coldharbour Road (land owned by Essex County Council):

THERE are six caravans in this encampment. Essex County Council obtained possession of the land in the county court on Monday 2 February 2015 and have served the encampment with an order to leave. If the travellers have not vacated the land by today (Wednesday 4 February 2015) ECC will be instructing bailiffs to carry out an eviction.

Station Road/Priory Avenue (land owned by Essex County Council):

There are four caravans in ths encampment. ECC obtained possession of the land in the county court yesterday (Tuesday 3 February 2015) and has served the encampment with an order to leave within 24 hours. If the travellers do not leave then bailiffs will be instructed to carry out an eviction.

South Road (land owned by Essex County Council):

There are five caravans in this encampment. ECC has obtained a county court hearing for possession of the land on Friday 5 February 2015.

Anti-social behaviour incidents including fly-tipping and littering can be reported to Harlow Council. It is important that any offences are reported so they can be investigated and appropriate action taken. Reporting issues and incidents can also help support any legal action the Council takes.
