THE LABOUR candidate for the Mark Hall ward by-election on February 12th has been out in all weathers trying to secure votes.
YH caught up with Danny Purton as the snows came down on a bitterly cold day.
We asked Danny to let us now what issues he was hearing on the doorstep?

Strange the headline implied he was putting the effort in, in Mark Hall. Instead he is standing out side a pub in Little Parndon and Hare St talking rubbish.

As the man who as Chief Engineer of Harlow Council brought you the bus lanes and road humps - you would think he'd know that parking schemes and bus services are Essex County Council issues.....!
