Can you help us raise £41,000 for St Clare Hospice?

OUR charity is in with a chance of holding a match day collection when Chelsea FC faces Burnley at Stamford Bridge later this month – but we need your votes to make it happen!
If every football fan who attends the match at Chelsea’s home ground on Saturday, February 21 put £1 into our St Clare collection buckets that is a potential £41,000 we could raise to fund our vital care services supporting local people like life-long Chelsea fan Roland Birch, who passed away at the Hospice in 2013.
The poll closes at midday on Monday, February 16 so click here now to register your vote http://www.chelseafc.com/the-club/foundation/foundation-fundraising/matchday-collections.html
I’d be hugely grateful if, once you’ve voted for St Clare, you then forward this email asking your family, friends and work colleagues to support the Hospice too. This is a fantastic opportunity for us so if everyone gets behind us we might be in with a chance!
It only takes a few seconds to vote but it could make a huge difference to the local people who benefit from our caring work.
Thank you for your continued support of St Clare.
