Harlow residents question council over travellers and fly-tipping

THE QUESTION of travellers and fly-tipping does not seem to be going away.

Last week at Harlow Council, a Pennymead resident quizzed the council leader about fly-tipping and fines.

This was followed by the Harlow Conservatives asking questions of the cost of clearing up after the illegal encampments.
