IT WAS a bit of a miserable morning for the Park Run competitors but that did not put them off as then navigated the twists and turns of the Harlow Town Park course.

There was a fine battle at the front between Matt Bainbridge and John Derrick. Matt ran out winner in the end in a time of 19.35.
