Man charged with arson after fire in Spruce Hill

POLICE have charged a man following a fire at premises in Spruce Hill in the early hours of Monday, September 15.
Tarik Serradji, aged 39 from Canonbury Road in Enfield has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life.
He will appear before magistrates in Chelmsford on March 23.
