HARLOW Council is currently undertaking significant improvement works to Nicholls Field Pavilion and Playing Pitches. The project is part of the multimillion pound Harlow Gateway Scheme that also funded new homes, Harlow Leisurezone, Barrows Farm Stadium, Mark Hall Athletics Track and the refurbishment of Ash Tree Field Pavilion aims to promote health and wellbeing whilst regenerating a community facility.

The Council is currently inviting expressions of Interest for the lease of the community building at Nicholls Field with options for facility management of Nicholls Field Pavilion and or Playing Pitches.

Significant improvements are currently being made to the site and the Council is interested in receiving expressions of interest for:

1. Facility management (building, changing rooms and sports pitches).

2. Building-only management (excluding changing rooms).

3. Sports pitches and changing rooms only.

It is expected that successful bidders will offer a range of community uses (such as youth activities, sport and physical activity, services for children, services for families, crèche, health services etc.)

For an informal discussion or a tender pack please contact Chris Purvis on 01279 446435 or email [email protected] by Friday 13 March 2015.
