Police seek to trace couple over fraud at B and Q in The Oaks, Harlow

POLICE would like to identify these people in connection with two incidents which took place at B&Q at The Oaks Retail Park in Harlow.
It is alleged they went into the store on two occasions in February with a trolley filled with coal. They then replaced the coal with flooring before producing a receipt at the till and asking for a cash refund, amounting to over £700.
Anybody who recognises the pair is asked to contact Pc Michael Ornellas at Harlow Police Station on Essex Police 101.
