Health and well-being grants on offer

EAST Herts Council are offering grants of up to £1000 for community projects within the district that could help people either increase their physical activity and/or improve their mental health and general wellbeing.
Applications are especially welcomed for projects suitable for participants with mobility issues. Applications can be from schools, community, faith or voluntary groups, charities or vulnerable groups.
East Herts Council’s executive member for health and wellbeing Eric Buckmaster said:
“I hope that lots of organisations will apply for these grants as the council is really keen to provide opportunities for East Herts residents to become more active and well.”
