A MAN was arrested on suspicion of aggravated vehicle taking and driving offences following a road crash in Harlow.

Police were called to a collision involving a Vauxhall Zafira and a Ford Focus in Commonside Road at about 6.55pm on Wednesday June 24.

A man ran off from the scene towards a housing estate off Spruce Hill and was arrested just over an hour later.

The 32-year-old from Harlow was released on police bail until August 11, pending further enquiries.
