GOVERNMENT watchdog, the Care Quality Commission have launched an inspection at Princess Alexandra Hospital.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent health and adult social care regulator. Their job is to check whether hospitals are meeting national standards.
A spokesperson said: “We look at a lot of information to help us to design our inspections and your experiences of care, and those of your family and friends, help us to decide what we need to look at during the inspection. We want to hear what you think.
“To help us focus our inspections, please include the name of the ward or service.
It may have been a co-incidence but on Tuesday morning, residents were asked not to use A and E.
If you would like to speak to them call 03000 61 61 61 or e-mail at [email protected]
There is also a CQC listening event at the Park Inn Hotel between 6.30 and 8pm on Tuesday night.
An astonishing waste of time, effort and money, that causes inconvenience to staff and patients alike - and UKIP would scrap it!
