Burglars hit two houses in Little Pynchons

ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses to two burglaries in the same street.

An unknown suspect entered a house in Little Pynchons, Harlow, at 10.30am on Tuesday July 21 but left when they were disturbed by the elderly resident.

The front door was later found to have been jemmied open.

A neighbouring property was burgled sometime between 9.30am and 10.40am the same day.

The front door had been jemmied open and jewellery was taken.

Pc Jo Snell of Harlow CID said: “We are appealing for witnesses who saw anyone acting suspiciously or knocking on doors in the area of Little Pynchons between 9.30am and 11am that day.”
