ESSEX Police are appealing for information after an ATM was stolen from a Harlow convenience store.

A red Mitsubishi Shogun was used to gain entry to The Food Store in The Chase, Harlow, through the shutters, and the ATM removed.

This happened at around 3.15am this morning, Friday, August 28.

Police later recovered the vehicle which was left at the scene, for forensic examination.
