THE LEADERS of Harlow and Essex Councils signed the agreement that means the street lights will be back on from this Sunday.

Cllrs Jon Clempner and David Finch met at the Civic Offices in Harlow to sing the contract after month of negotiations.

The lights will now be back on between midnight and 5am.

Both councillors made a short speech and then answered questions from the press.
