Harlow 3-1 Heybridge Swifts

STRUGGLING Swifts suffered a fifth successive defeat on Harlow’s
plastic pitch on Tuesday and remain enmeshed in the Ryman North
relegation zone.

Things had looked good for Jody Brown’s side when Luis Morrison put them into a 26th minute lead but Jared Small levelled things on the stroke of half time.

Ryan Melaugh gave Harlow the lead with 15 minutes to go and Joe
Benjamin wrapped up the scoring five minutes from time.

The Hawks secured their first three points in the league since 17th October. The win lifts them three places to 12th, still with many games in hand.

Harlow now travel to Tilbury for their next league game on Saturday 21st November for a 3pm kick off.
