Fire in flats in Spring Hills area of Harlow

ESSEX Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished a fire in bins located behind Spring Hills Tower.
One hose reel jet was used before the crew let at 19:04hrs (Dec 15th).
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
