One dead after lorry overturns on M11 near Harlow

Police are appealing for witnesses to a fatal road collision on the M25 last night.
A lorry overturned on the northbound sliproad to the M11 shortly before 11.45pm on Sunday, January 10. It was in collision with a pillar on a road bridge. The driver sadly died at the scene.
Both sliproads from the M25 to the M11 remain closed while forensic investigations and recovery of the vehicle and its load take place.
The scene has now been handed over to the Highways Agency and road closures are likely to remain in place until the early evening today, Monday, January 11, for urgent repairs to be made.
Motorists are thanked for their patience.
Officers are appealing for witnesses to the collision, in particular the occupants of a vehicle that was travelling behind the lorry. The male driver stopped at the scene but left prior to emergency services arriving.
