A HARLOW man has appeared in court charged with committing an act outraging public decency.

Liam Kingett, 20, of Occasio House, Playhouse Square, Harlow is accused of masturbating underneath his boxers in a public place on Friday, January 8.

Kingett appeared in Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Monday and the case was sent to Chelmsford Crown Court where he will appear on Monday, February 29.

He has been remanded in custody until that date.
