Harlow teenager in court over police impersonation and drug charges

A HARLOW man is set to appear in court on charges that include impersonating a police officer.
Steven CLARK, 19, of Caravan Site, Fern Hill Lane, Harlow has been charged with the following:
Between 05/02/2016 and 06/02/2016 at Harlow, with intent to deceive, impersonated a special constable or a member of a police force Contrary to Section 90(1) of the Police Act 1996.
On 06/02/2016 at Harlow, had in your possession a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971
Contrary to section 5(2) of and Schedule 4 to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
Between 01/02/2016 and 01/02/2016 at Harlow, having entered as a trespasser a dwelling in Rivermill, Harlow, stole therein numerous items to the value of £995
