A TEAM of beauticians from ‘Glam Princess Partys’ provided a stall offering mini manicures and glitter tattoos for the local children visiting the Harvey Centre recently.
A colouring competition and a bouncy ball competition were also a big hit, keeping the children entertained. The day was a huge success raising funds in aid of St Clares Hospice. In total we made £140!
A spokesperson said: “We would like to thank Bryan Young, the Harvey Centre manager, for offering us a space for the stall free of charge and also Dani from St Clares Hospice who provided us with promotional materials including balloons for the children.
“Due to the great success of the event ‘Glam Princess Partys’ are looking to hold many more events in the future with the start of the summer holidays being our next most likely date.
“Thank you to all those who attended on the day and those who dug deep for a great local charity, who provide an invaluable service to many.
