Athletics: Harlow runners enjoy park runs over Easter weekend

Park Run Harlow MarHARLOW Running Club members were active in several parkruns over the weekend.
At Harlow Ben Usher finished in 3rd place out of 99 finishers in 21min 43sec. He
was followed home by Martyn Coulter (4th in 22.08), Andy Bradley (11th and 2nd
Vet 50 in 23.25), Graham Saville (13th in 23.54), Alan Cootes (14th and 1st Vet
60 in 23.56), Spencer Brooks (15th in 23.59), Paul Dixon (17th in 24.11), Alan
Wellbelove (24th in 24.36), Saira Muschamp (26th and 3rd Female in 25.01), Robin
Lozeau (29th and 2nd Vet 60 in 25.26), Debbie Barry (32nd and 1st Female Vet 55
in 25.59), Terry Pike (36th in 27.33), Jeff Mace (37th in 27.42), Austin
Nyamande (60th in 30.04) and Pushpa Mistry (61st in 30.54).

Meanwhile at the Gunpowder parkrun in Waltham Abbey Jamie Jephcott finished in
2nd place out of 133 finishers in an excellent 19min 08sec. He was followed by
Jamie Luck (25th in 22.38), Paul Schroder (26th in 22.42), Laura Jephcott (71st
and 1st Female Junior in 28.21) and Wendy Spring (100th in 31.41).

At Hatfield Forest Owen Haigh finished in 12th place out of 171 finishers and
3rd Junior in a superb 20min 28sec. Also running were Jason Haigh (19th in
20.42), Martin McColgan (47th in 24.31), David Page (66th in 25.49), Janice Page
(77th and 3rd Female Vet 50 in 27.21) and Michelle Hyde (93rd in 28.23).

At Bury St Edmunds Gary Godfrey was 41st out of 234 finishers in 22min 54sec.

At Hoddesdon Sean Flynn was 15th and 1st Vet 50 in 24min 25sec.

At Aldershot Andy Kinney was 121st out of 207 finishers in 29min 09sec.

Kerry Mavris completed the Exeter 10K on Easter Friday, placed 146th out of 207
finishers in 57min 22sec and then on Saturday was 58th out of 95 finishers at
the Tamar Lakes parkrun at Bude in Cornwall in 29min 34sec.

On Easter Sunday Andy Kinney completed the Easter Egg 10k, near Birmingham, in
155th place out of 237 finishers in 59min 53sec and then on Easter Monday the
London Easter 10K in Regents Park in 143rd place out of 272 finishers in 58min
39sec.
