HALF a dozen police vehicles flooded the Tumbler Road area of Harlow on East Monday evening.

Uniform and unmarked vehicles searched the Nicholls Field and surrounding areas at just after 6pm.

A police spokesperson said: “It was a search for a wanted man who was believed to have been seen in the area by officers on duty at 6.40pm.

“Area search conducted and no trace”.
