Harlow man in court over fly-tipping

A HARLOW man is set to attend court over charges of fly-tipping.
Shaba GORUR, aged 37, of Joyners Field is accused of depositing litter in contravention of the Environmental Protection Act
The charge is: On 16/09/2015 at the rear of 34-38 Joyners Field, Harlow, threw down, dropped or otherwise deposited in a place to which Section 87 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 applied, namely on the ground, and left household waste and packaging addressed to you in such circumstances as to cause or contribute to or tend to lead to the defacement by litter of the said place.
