A 24-year-old man from London is due to appear in court this morning (Wednesday, July 13, 2016) charged with drugs offences.

David Joseph of Brandon Street, London, will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court charged with possession with intent to supply heroin, possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and possession of cannabis.

He was arrested at an address in Rundells, Harlow at around 2.30pm on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 by officers from Operation Raptor, a team set up to detect and disrupt gang members who travel to Essex to deal drugs and cause violence.
