Several Harlow Running Club members took part in various 5K parkruns over the
weekend. At the Harlow parkrun 17 year olds Afewerk Rosson and Ameniel Tesfay
finished in 1st and 2nd place out of 159 finishers in times of 18min 09sec and
19min 02sec respectively. They were followed by Andy Terrell 5th in 20.20, Craig
Segal 7th in 20.33, Terry Ridge 11th in 21.59, Catherine Ridge 23rd in 22.59,
Paul Dixon 31st in 23.41, Graham Saville 34th in 23.51, Mark Ramsey 37th in
24.00, Carmen Byfield 83rd in a personal best time for the distance (PB) of
27.53, Darren Tiley 84th in 27.54, Debbie Barry 86th in 28.12, Alan Cootes 87th
in 28.27, Louise Cootes 88th in 28.28, Pushpa Mistry 96th in 29.44 and Hossein
Erfani 99th in 30.12.

Meanwhile at the Poole parkrun Dan Chapman finished in 20th place out of 743
finishers in a PB time of 18min 19sec.

At the Hackney Marshes parkrun Alex Smith finished in 15th place out of 147
finishers in a PB time of 19min 10sec, followed by Sharon Wright 28th in 20.38
(PB) and Martyn Coulter 30th in 20.50.

At the Torrens parkrun in South Australia Owen Haigh finished in 9th place out
of 205 finishers in 20min 15sec.

At the Hoddesdon parkrun Jason Haigh finished in 7th place out of 77 finishers
in 21min 38sec and Celia Haigh was 34th in 27.41.

At the Gunpowder parkrun in Waltham Abbey Jamie Luck finished in 13th place out
of 124 finishers in 21min 43sec and Dionne Jones was 22nd in 22.18.

At the Stevenage parkrun Sean Flynn finished in 40th place out of 265 finishers
in 22min 51sec.

At the Basildon parkrun Spencer Brooks finished in 29th place out of 201
finishers in 23min 01sec.

At the Chelmsford parkrun Martin McColgan finished in 124th place out of 481
finishers in 23min 23sec.

At the Bodmin parkrun in Cornwall Julia Gardiner finished in 34th place out of
227 finishers in 24min 17sec.

At the Hatfield Forest parkrun Michelle Hyde finished in 73rd place out of 173
finishers in 26min 31sec, David Page was 74th in 26.33 and Janice Page 76th in
26.55.

At the Hemel Hempstead parkrun Andy Kinney finished in 73rd place out of 108
finishers in 30min 21sec.
