KIDDI Caru’s Harlow day nursery in Church Langley has welcomed Louise Farrow as its new Nursery Manager.

With 22 years experience in childcare, Louise brings a vast amount of knowledge and expertise to the manager role at this triple Outstanding Ofsted rated nursery. After qualifying at the age of 17 Louise worked her way up from nursery nurse to become a skilled manager and has worked for a number of leading childcare providers within the nursery setting.

She has also spent time as a Support Manager, helping day nurseries identify ways in which they can improve the standard of care and education they provide, and has also worked outside the UK, for example in Norway, giving her an exceptional breadth of experience.

Louise said: “It’s already very clear to me that I’m going to love working for Kiddi Caru. The team at the Harlow nursery is amazing and the facilities we have here are out of this world. As a company Kiddi Caru is extremely supportive of its staff and also highly respectful of their experience.
