Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace Graham Dempsey, who is wanted for breaching court bail conditions.

Dempsey, 43, was last known to be living in Surrey but is believed to be sleeping rough in the Harlow area.

He has tattoos on his arms, hands, chest and legs and is 5ft 7ins tall.

Anyone who has seen him is asked to call Pc Jamie Dawson at Harlow Police Station on 101.
