TWO men have been charged with class A drugs offences following their arrest by officers from Operation Raptor.

Glen Elamo, 19, of Station Road, London, E4 and Amir Mostofi, 25, of Gainsborough Road, London, N12 have both been charged with possession with intent to supply crack cocaine.

They were arrested after officers stopped the car in which they were travelling in Fifth Avenue, Harlow at 11.30am yesterday (Tuesday, October 4, 2016).

They were due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court this morning (Wednesday, October 5, 2016).
