POLICE investigating the theft of an elderly woman’s purse have released CCTV images of two people they would like to speak to.

It happened between 12.30pm and 12.50pm on October 4 in Harlow Post Office in Stone Cross.

The 94-year-old victim’s shopping trolley had been cut and purse containing a three figure sum of cash removed.

Anyone who recognises the people shown in the CCTV is asked to contact Pc Greg Davey in Harlow on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
