Teenager pleads not guilty to assault at Harlow skatepark

A TEENAGER is set to go to trial over an assault in a Harlow Skatepark.

The fifteen year old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Chelmsford Youth Court on Friday (Jan 6th).

It is alleged that he assaulted another male in October 2016.

He indicated a plea of not guilty.

A trial date of March 23rd has been set.
