ESSEX Police have released CCTV images of a woman they would like to speak to in connection with the theft of a handbag from a shop in Staple Tye Shopping Centre, Southern Way, Harlow at around 9.30am on Sunday November 27 2016.

The victim had placed her handbag down on the counter to pay for a newspaper, left the shop and then realised she had forgotten it but by the time she returned, the handbag had gone.
