ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses following a disturbance in Harlow.

A group of nine males, aged between 17 and 20, were involved in the disturbance outside the McDonalds restaurant in Staple Tye at around 9.50pm on Sunday, January 1.

It is believed one of the males had a taser.

He is described as white, of medium build, with brown hair that is short on the sides and longer on top.

He was wearing a black long-sleeved t-shirt and black jeans with a white belt.
