Man sought over “firearms incident” in Harlow

POLICE investigating a firearms incident in Harlow have released an efit of a man they wish to speak to.

It happened in Tendring Road at around 11pm on Friday, January 13.

A taxi driver had got into a dispute with two men over a fare when the men got out of the vehicle in Tendring Road.

One of the men began striking the vehicle with a baton and the other was seen to draw a firearm.

The victim then said he heard a loud bang and left the scene.

It is believed the firearm was a BB gun.

Anyone who recognises the man in the efit image or has any information about this incident is asked to contact Pc Love at Harlow Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
