A HARLOW woman has been heavily fined for fly-tipping in Staple Tye.

Vanessa Harvey, aged 45, of Longbanks pled guilty at Chelmsford Magistrates Court to the following.

On or about 15/11/2016 at Harlow threw down, dropped or otherwise deposited litter, namely three carrier bags of household rubbish and left it in at the bus shelter adjacent to the Longbanks Housing Estate.

Harvey was fined £160.
