ON the evening of 5th March 2017, a theft of index plates occurred in the area of Churchfield, Harlow.

The plates were witnessed to then be placed on a Kia Sportage in Black.

Essex Police said: “Please be vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour of any Black Kia Sportage vehicles via the 101 system”.
