Murder investigation in Milwards

A man has died following an incident in Harlow.

The 39-year-old man was found in a Volvo in Milwards around 11:45pm on Sunday May 28 with head injuries.
Police and the ambulance service attended and he was taken by paramedics to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, where he sadly died in the early hours of today, Monday May 29.

Police are investigating the circumstances leading up to the man’s death.

Three men aged 24, 35 and 40, were arrested on suspicion of murder and are currently in custody for questioning.

Enquiries are ongoing and a scene guard is in place while forensic examination work is carried out.

Detective Inspector Stuart Truss said “We are still unclear on the events leading up to the man’s death. We would like to speak to anyone who may have been in Milwards between 11:00pm and midnight, and who may have information as to what occurred there”.
