Grays man pleads guilty to dealing crack cocaine in Harlow

A GRAYS man has pled guilty to dealing crack cocaine in Harlow.
Suraj Lohia, aged 26, of Ward Avenue, Grays pled guilty at Basildon magistrates court to the following.
1. On 06/02/2017 at Harlow, had in your possession a quantity of diamorphine, a controlled drug of class A, with intent to supply it to unknown persons in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971
2. On 06/02/2017 at Harlow had in your possession a quantity of “crack” cocaine, a controlled drug of class A, with intent to supply it to unknown persons in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971
Lohia will be sentenced on June 5th.
