Appeal after motorbike crash in Old Harlow leaves biker and passenger with serious injuries

ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision in which two people were injured.

A Volvo XC90 and a Suzuki motorcycle were in collision in Cambridge Road, Harlow, near the junction with Hart Road, at about 6.20pm on Thursday, June 15.

The motorbike rider, a 22-year-old man, was thought to have suffered serious injuries was taken by air ambulance to The Royal London Hospital.

The pillion passenger, a 19-year-old man, suffered a leg and spinal injury and was taken by ambulance to Princess Alexandra Hospital.

Witnesses and anyone with dash cam footage are asked to contact Pc Tina Quinlivan at Chigwell Roads Policing Unit on 101.
