Harlow woman charged over machete attack

A HARLOW woman has been charged with being in possession a machete in a public place.
Stephanie Messenger, aged 27, of Long Ley, Harlow has been charged with the following.
On 11/05/2017 at Harlow without lawful excuse, damaged a Silver van to the value of £300 intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged
On 11/05/2017 at Harlow had with you, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place Long Ley, Harlow, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a machete.
