LOCAL and global issues were the issues of the day at Passmores Academy recently.

The forward thinking and progressive school put the timetable to the side for a week to investigate key contemporary issues.

When YH dropped in, students were putting on a series of small performances in the hall. Whilst over in the gym, global issues were the topics of the day.
