Man set to appear in court over attempt to engage in sex communication with child

A MAN will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today, Monday September 18, to face a charge of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.
Thomas Hagger, 28, of Meadow Road, Epping will also face a further charge of breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
The charges relate to offences alleged to have happened on September 12.
Hagger has been remanded in custody until his appearance.
