A HARLOW man has pled not guilty to a number of charges in relation to dangerous dogs.

Kirk Barnard, aged 46, of The Briars, Harlow has been charged with the following.

1. On 20/03/2017 at Harlow, were the owner of a dog, namely Rocky, pit bull terrier, which was dangerously out of control in The Briars, Harlow.

Barnard has been bailed until next appearance at Chelmsford magistrates court on Feb 13th, 2018.
