Harlow man fined after Rhodesian Ridgeback injures child

A HARLOW man has been fined after his dog injured a child in Cannons Brook.
Frederick Brinkley, aged 53, of Long Ley, Halrow pled guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.
On 23/07/2017 at Harlow, were in charge of a dog, namely Rhodesian Ridgeback, which was dangerously out of control in Canons Brook, Harlow and whilst so out of control injured a child.
Brinkley was fined £300.Community order made. Curfew Requirement with Electronic Monitoring: Be under a curfew for 1 month with electronic monitoring. Start date 04/12/2017.
