Harlow man in court over knuckle duster and vandalism charges

A MAN FROM Harlow has been charged with a number of offences in relation to offensive weapons and criminal damage.
Jake Wright, aged 23, of Clifton Hatch, Harlow has been charged with the following.
On 10/11/2017 at Harlow had with you, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place Cambridge Road an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely stanley knife.
On 10/11/2017 at Harlow without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, had with you in a public place, namely Cambridge Road, an offensive weapon, namely knuckle duster
Between 31/10/2017 and 31/10/2017 at Harlow without lawful excuse, damaged windscreen of Landrover Discovery to the value of £1000 intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed
Wright has been remanded on bail until hi snext court appearance at Chelmsford magistrates court on Wednesday January 24th.
