THE HARLOW Council Planning Committee has voted for a key planning concession out of the development of housing at the Churchgate Hotel site in Old Harlow.
Both local councillors and residents spoke as well as a representative of the applicants.
The crux of the matter was a proposed modification to the legal agreement to allow the applicant to provide a financial contribution of £1.35 million for the purpse of facilitating the provision of affordable housing.
The committee unanimously agreed to amend the recommendation (following a suggestion by Church Langley councillor) that the £1.35 million be spent in Old Harlow within two years.
The Reds are very quiet. Another monstrous clanger by Clempner and his gang of incompetents.LABOUR at your PERIL.
Just so you know this was unanimously passed at the planning committee by politicians of all the parties, Conservatives, Ukip and Labour
