Police seek Ricky Brinkley over threatening behaviour rap

HERTS Police want to locate 26-year-old Ricky Brinkley who is wanted in connection with using threatening behaviour.
It is believed that Ricky could be in the Harlow area and anyone who has either seen him or knows of his whereabouts is urged to contact us on 101.
