The stairwells of the flats in Bush fair, like these ones in Nicholls field, where this incident happened are prone for dodgy goings on and this is why all the flats in Harlow should have coded security doors on them. Don't matter if they are tower blocks or maisonnetts. The residents who live in them have the right to be safe and not have to put up with others causing anti social behaviour on the stairwells.
