A 31-year-old man has been charged following an incident in Harlow where a police officer was bitten and paramedics were assaulted.

Lucas Branowski from Harlow was arrested on suspicion of assault earlier today, March 29 and later charged with three counts of common assault and actual bodily harm.

He is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrate’s Court on Saturday, March 31.
